MICHAEL RUHL has been Chief Executive Officer of CARDION AG since
joining the company in November 1997. From 1993 to 1997 he held various
positions at Booz'Allen & Hamilton, a top management consulting firm,
including Senior Associate. At Booz'Allen & Hamilton, his clients
included leading pharmaceutical and biotech companies. He led several
assignments focusing on growth, organizational effectiveness and
strategic operations. From 1990 to 1993, during his tenure at Sandoz AG,
he was involved in various gene therapy and stem cell initiatives. Dr.
Ruhl graduated in Biochemistry at the University of Tbingen, Germany.
He is member of the German Scholarship Foundation Profile
of CARDION AG.
