TWST: What do you include in your coverage of environmental services?
Mr. Butler: My coverage primarily focuses on the non-hazardous solid waste haulers. There are about eight public ones. Obviously, environmental services can get a lot wider than that. I think most people include medical waste, with companies like Stericycle (SRCL), hazardous waste, with companies like Clean Harbors (CLHB) and even some waste energy players such as Covanta (CVA).

TWST: Why do you limit your coverage to the solid waste companies?
Mr. Butler: I shouldn't say I limit it to that; it is just the coverage I have at the moment. Coverage is always in a state of flux. The nice thing about the non-hazardous solid waste group is that you have a very homogeneous group. There are about eight players out there. It is a good size mix from everyone as large as Waste Management (WMI), which is 13 billion, down to some of the smaller players that are 100 million in revenues.
