TWST: Please give us an overview of your coverage.
Mr. Moses: I cover the communications service and technology space for Kaufman Bros. The focus, first off, is on small and mid-cap companies, and my role is to define the evolution of the communications space from a service perspective, looking at new technologies and how they are altering the space and the competitive landscape.

TWST: Where are we today?
Mr. Moses: Some of the themes that I look at in the space and that define the particular companies that I'm covering relate to broadband proliferation, which, in my view, is really driving the change in communications today, because as the pipes are getting wider and bigger and allowing businesses and consumers to do more with broadband, a lot more is happening. Broadband is enabling VoIP, which obviously is a big buzzword today. It's enabling the emergence of richer content over the Internet that is taking many flavors, like video, which is happening very rapidly on the Internet, conferencing, which is now occurring on a more regular basis and starting to enter the mainstream, and software-as-a-service or applications over the Internet. These are some of the themes that are all being enabled by broadband.
