Ms. Osur: Our leisure coverage universe is broad and includes a variety of consumer discretionary leisure products and services. At high-end price points, that means products like Brunswick boats, but we also cover services at a more moderate price level, like those offered by cruise line operators. Then on the lower end of the price spectrum, we cover video game publishers, the video game retailer GameStop toy manufacturers. So our group is a broad cross-section of price points within consumer discretionary sectors.
TWST: Is this a space that investors are generally interested in?
Ms. Osur: Investors are interested in some parts of our coverage
universe more than others right now. There's always a variance in what
appeals to investors at different points in time. To some extent, the
cruise operators have fallen out of favor, but we continue to get calls
from value investors who are wondering when they should step up to the
plate on those stocks. Toy manufacturers almost always appeal to value
investors, but they are almost never a hot group. In contrast, video
game publishers attract a lot of interest both on the long and short
sides, and we get a number of calls from clients who are trying to time
the cycle and invest in that space.
