TWST: How does a company get on your list? What do you consider when you
look at the companies?
Ms. Kalandiak: I am largely trying to find something that is going to
fit in with the platform at Roth, which is focused primarily on micro-
cap names. So the market cap is certainly a consideration and I also
look for a stock I feel that I can add value to by virtue of a
relationship I have, some knowledge that I have, or a way that I can go
about analyzing the stock that might be different from an approach that
another analyst would take.
