TWST: Please give us a quick overview of j2 Global.
Mr. Turicchi: j2 Global has been around for a little over 10 years now as a company, about seven years as a public company. Over this time, we have stuck to our original vision, which is to provide messaging solutions as a service to business people. Over the course of the 10 years, we have evolved both the product set and the customer acquisition strategy, but fundamentally we have stuck to that core premise. Today, we have four core solution sets that we offer. We have an IP fax solution, sometimes called fax to e-mail or e-mail to fax. The brand that we primarily use in that category is eFax'. We also have voice solutions that are branded eVoice'. These are replacements for voicemail. We have unified messaging communications solutions that are branded jConnect' and Onebox', and we have an outsourced e-mail solution as well as perimeter protection services such as antivirus and antispam protection under the Electric Mail' brand.

TWST: Who is the target customer for all of these?
Mr. Turicchi: The end user is a businessperson. In terms of who is actually buying the service, it differs based upon which of those four categories we're attempting to sell. Our customers range from the individual who actually buys on their own behalf, all the way up through Fortune 500 large enterprises. So our customer breadth spans that, but at the end of the day, the one who is actually using the service is that businessperson, either in a small office/home office environment, or as an employee of some larger company.
