TWST: Please begin with a brief historical sketch of the company and a picture of the things you are doing at the present time.
Mr. Shah: The company is a NASDAQ listed company, trailing 12 months revenue at about $345 million. WebEx provides software as a service application, a set of collaborative applications to businesses across 70 countries, and we have about 2,000 employees.

TWST: Please tell us about your principal applications.
Mr. Shah: The principal one of WebEx is in collaborative applications for sales and marketing, training support, especially between companies, across company boundaries. And our applications are used in real time for the functions that I described.

TWST: Would you describe the competitive landscape and the competitive advantages that you enjoy?
Mr. Shah: This has always been a very competitive space, even before WebEx came in, and we have got the leadership position in the real time collaborative applications with close to 65% market share. And our unique differentiation is our suite of applications that are designed for this specific task, and our delivery infrastructure, our MediaTone Intelligent Network that is the delivery infrastructure for delivering these applications on a global basis as a software, as a service rather than shipping technology as a software.
