Mr. Zimels: deltathree is a voice over IP provider. We provide outsourced voice over IP solutions for service providers worldwide. The company was founded in 1996. We have been public since 1999. We are profitable and we are financially strong. Our headquarters are based out of New York. We also maintain an R&D facility in Jerusalem, Israel. We have about 135 employees. Over 400 service providers worldwide use deltathree's outsourced solution. Over the past few years, voice over IP has become a hot topic, and it is definitely one of the interesting products in the market place today. VoIP is sold to consumers by a variety of different service providers, starting with the traditional telcos selling consumer VoIP to their customers as an add-on or as another product, continuing with the MSOs or the cable companies that are looking for a new stream of revenues. For them, offering voice in addition to their more traditional products as video and data is a good business extension But that is not all. You also can find other players, such as ISPs, Web portals like ICQ, MSN Messenger, and Yahoo! that are looking for new ways and products to expand their current business. VoIP presents a great and new revenue generator for them. Closing the list of VoIP service providers are the newcomer companies. Many are familiar with some of the new providers introduced to the market over the last two or three years, especially in the US. But in every country, you will find individuals and entrepreneurs who are looking to capitalize their customer base and sell them other products, one of them being voice over IP. deltathree enables those partners to offer voice over IP services to their customers without needing to invest significant investments of capital and time necessary to build the infrastructure, the features, and the management tools required to run the service. deltathree brings it all to the table. The partner is the front end to the customer, but behind the scenes, deltathree does everything.
