TWST: What is DIRT MotorSports?
Mr. Carter: DIRT MotorSports is one of the largest automotive racing sanctioning bodies in the US, sanctioning short track, dirt track racing events across the country. DIRT was formed through the acquisition of two of the longest standing sanctioning bodies in automotive motor sports in the US ' initially with DIRT MotorSports, Inc., out of New York, which was founded in 1977, and the World of Outlaws, which is the most recognized dirt short track racing brand in the country, which was established in 1978. The company has been formed to continue to acquire and accumulate real estate and media properties in short track racing.

TWST: What's on the agenda today as far as your priorities for the next six to 12 months? What would make that time frame a success?
Mr. Carter: Our fundamental value proposition both to our customers as tracks and our fan base is to broaden the exposure for short track racing and dirt track racing across the country. So our key priority for the future is to continue to acquire additional properties. We currently own or operate seven facilities now in the United States in New York, Pennsylvania, and in Florida, and we are looking to expand that portfolio across the country to a total of 20 tracks. At the same time, we're acquiring and expanding our media and marketing rights across the country too, as we touch approximately 200 of the 800 dirt tracks across the country through our sanctioning body, our rules-making body, or our traveling events across the country. Our current strategy is to continue to acquire tracks to own and operate and then to expand our touch and exposure across the country both through our special events, which we sanction or bring to other track owners, and through media and marketing rights, which include both television and radio network broadcasts.
