TWST: Could we begin with brief historical sketch of Capital Corp of the West and a picture of things as they are now?
Mr. McKinney: The company is celebrating its 25th year. We're in the San Joaquin Valley. If you visualize that, it's from Stockton going south all the way down to Fresno. It's about 120 miles long and probably about 60 miles wide. We have 18 locations. We do have one in San Francisco and Stockton and coming down through Modesto, Merced and all the way down to Fresno we have branches along through the Valley.

TWST: Do you have any thoughts about expanding?
Mr. McKinney: We opened a branch in San Francisco about two years ago and about 18 months ago a branch in Stockton, both of which have been doing very well for us. We have two branches in Fresno that have been doing very well for us and we're expanding and have announced the opening of a third branch in the spring and maybe early summer in Fresno. So our continued expansion into the Fresno market has been very kind to us. I think you'll see more of that as well as expanding and building the franchise we already have in the San Joaquin footprint that we're in.
