TWST: You recently went through a significant amount of top-level management changes at the New World Restaurant Group. Can you give us an update on some of the key transitions that took place and what impact they're having?
Mr. Wedo: We are very pleased to have reported the recent management additions and internal promotions, highlighted by our new CFO Max Craig, who came from Taco Bell, and our new Chief Personnel Officer Richard Lovely, from PepsiCo's KFC business unit. Then there's also the promotion of Paul Murphy, a long-term employee of Einstein's, which is our largest brand. Paul has been named Chief Operating Officer of New World Restaurant Group. We've also had some management turnover with the resignation of our Chairman and termination of our CFO over 60 days ago. So we are very pleased, frankly, with where we are right now. We are continuing to build what I'll call a world-class management team.

TWST: What are the goals as you look across those diverse and very distributed operations?
Mr. Wedo: We are a national brand, and I think that's the key for us. We have distribution in all the major ADIs across the country. We feel very confident about our ability to lead this new segment in the restaurant industry called 'quick casual.' We are now in the process of building the basis of our growth, which will be very modest this year. We're also building the basis for future growth by putting the right processes and procedures in place, and doing the right things as we consolidate the old enterprise into the new company.
