TWST: Would you start with a quick introduction to Lightbridge, Inc.?
Mr. Gladyszewski: Lightbridge is a company that's been around over 10 years and profitable for virtually its entire history. Since the late 1980s, Lightbridge has grown by empowering global communications providers with innovative products and services that are designed to increase revenue, productivity and customer loyalty. A pioneer in wireless communications business solutions, we deliver a reliable infrastructure for the mobile business economy that allows carriers to support the complete customer lifecycle from customer acquisition and risk management, to prepay and replenishment, to customer relationship management and retention. We are a company that has also changed over the past 10 years. In the company's early years, we were a consumer credit checking company only. We verified would-be subscribers before they became a customer for a particular wireless carrier. We have now evolved into an organization that supplies tools and technology to help the carriers attract customers through thousands of channels. In fact, we validate the customers, and we help actually manage the customer through their lifecycle within the carrier network. Some of the businesses powered by Lightbridge include ALLTEL Communications, AT&T Wireless Services, Global Telecom, Sprint PCS and many more. Every day, in more than 25 countries, hundreds of companies reach millions of people with enabling technology from Lightbridge. As for recent developments, we acquired a company called Altawave, which is a unique company that delivers technology to support mobile data management services ' key technology for the next incarnation of voice and data in the wireless world. Altawave was attractive to Lightbridge because it will allow us to take our customers ' which are carriers ' to the next level in the mobile economy. Altawave's technology is designed to allow carriers to provision and manage customized, segmented data services to subscribers, streamlining distribution and administration and enterprise customers to manage data access, providing chargeback, cost control, privacy and security for mobile data management. This is key to our future as we work to help our carriers overcome the challenges that exist in enhancing revenue in a saturated market.
