TWST: Could we begin with a brief historical sketch of the company and a picture of what you're doing at the present time?
Mr. Wristen: First Health is a national managed care company. We emphasize the availability of the First Health PPO network to many different types of healthcare payors. We sell into five discrete segments for the PPO ' large workers' compensation insurance companies, federal employee plans, large corporate health benefit plans, insurance companies, Third Party Administrators (TPAs) ' all of which we provide a variety of managed care services to, but all of which fundamentally offer the First Health PPO network.

TWST: Is there any company that competes with you across this range of services?
Mr. Wristen: Each one of those segments has different competitive factors and different kinds of competitors. There is not a common competitor across each segment. One of the fortunate things about the business model we've developed is that the competitors are different from segment to segment.
