TWST: What distinguishes your coverage in the transportation industry?
Mr. Wolfe: My coverage, I believe, is unique on Wall Street in that I cover two groups of transportation logistics stocks ' airfreight and ground transportation ' and I also cover a third group ' supply chain software companies. Those companies include names like i2 (ITWO), Manugistics (MANU) and Manhattan Associates (MANH). That area is not being featured at the Global Logistics and Transportation Conference other than one panel looking at software for transportation management. I also have a supply chain track featuring the supply chain software and not transport companies within the larger Bear, Stearns Technology Conference on June 12-15 this year.

TWST: What is included in those two areas of coverage ' the airfreight/logistics and then ground transportation?
Mr. Wolfe: I segment the airfreight and logistics sector into asset-based names and nonasset-based names. The asset-based names include UPS (UPS), FedEx (FDX) and Airborne (ABF), and I also include Atlas Air (CGO), a plane leasing company, within that segment. I also provide the only US coverage of European mail, express and logistics companies. I cover TPG (TP) in partnership with Bear, Stearns European Logistics Analyst Alastair Gunn. On the nonasset-based side, I follow Expeditors (EXPD), Forward Air (FWRD), UTi (UTIW), and C.H. Robinson (CHRW). In addition, we recently filed a prospectus to take another nonasset-based provider, Pacer International, public. The Pacer IPO is expected to debut in June.

Tickers included in this excerpt: ABF, ABFS, CFWY, CGO, CHRW, CVTI, EXPD, FDX, FWRD, HTLD, ITWO, JBHT, KNGT, MANH, MANU, R, ROAD, SWFT, TP, UPS, UTIW, WERN, XPRSA, YELL
