TWST: Can we start with a quick overview of RailAmerica?
Mr. Marino: RailAmerica is the world's largest owner and operator of short line freight railroads in North America and we are also a leading owner and operator of regional railroads in Australia and Chile. We currently own and operate 49 railroads with about 12,900 miles of track. We operate in 27 states in the United States, six Canadian provinces and five countries on three continents. We were formed in 1986, and completed our IPO in 1992. Earlier this year we became listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol RRA. This year we expect revenues to approach $500 million. We currently employ over 2,800 people worldwide. Our strategic focus is the ownership, operation and acquisition of short line and regional roads in North America and abroad.

TWST: How do we define short line regional railroads?
Mr. Marino: Short line railroads typically range up to 350 miles in length, while regional railroads could be as long as a thousand miles.
