TWST: Could you briefly tell us about Voyageur Asset Management and your responsibilities there?
Ms. Scinto: Voyageur Asset Management is an SEC-registered investment advisor. We have 2 billion in assets under management in the Chicago Equity division. We manage three different products: Large Cap Growth, Mid-Cap Growth and Large Cap Core. The vast majority of the assets are in large cap growth. I'm a Managing Director, Senior Portfolio Manager and Senior Equity Analyst at Voyageur.

TWST: Can you tell us more about the investment philosophy?
Ms. Scinto: Conservative growth investors is the best way to describe us. We believe the market will reward companies with consistent and above average earnings growth. We find that researching our stocks via fundamental analysis is the best way to identify solid, high quality companies. But we also believe that putting a fair amount of risk controls in your portfolio is very important for varying stock market cycles.
