Boston Properties, Inc. (NYSE:BXP);

Four analysts and top management from twelve sector firms examine the real estate investment trusts sector in this special 63-page Real Estate Investment Trusts issue from The Wall Street Transcript, available at (212/952-7433) or http://www.twst.com/info/info471.htm.

“There’s nothing that really stands out as being an exceptionally brilliant move this year, but the people at Boston Properties always do great things,” comments a top industry observer. “CEO Edward Linde runs Boston Property very smoothly. There’s no particular thing that stands out that I would say, ‘Wow that’s a really smart move.’ A few years ago that would have been the case, but not today. The decisions Boston Properties made a couple of years ago are helping them grow today. One thing to note coming up is that Boston Properties has a lot of development on the ground that’s fully leased that will be coming out in the next year. As real estate investors grumble about lack of growth, they’re going to look at companies like Boston Properties and say ‘There is real growth here’ because of the decisions Edward Linde made several years ago. The leasing they had done and are continuing to do are really growth opportunities. Boston Properties just continually does well even during years when we don’t see new initiative.”
