TWST: Can we start out with an overview of Paper Warehouse?
Ms. Newell: Paper Warehouse is a growing chain of retail stores specializing in party supplies and paper goods, headquartered in Minneapolis. As of end of the second quarter, which was August 3rd, we had 153 stores ' 100 company stores and 53 franchise stores. We cluster company stores in major metropolitan areas ' Minneapolis/St. Paul, Des Moines, Omaha, Kansas City, Oklahoma City, Tulsa, Denver, Tucson and Seattle. For the most part, the franchise stores are in smaller markets, like Fargo, North Dakota; Billings, Montana; Hattiesburg, Mississippi, etc.

TWST: Where are the stores typically located?
Ms. Newell: Typically, the stores are in strip malls, close to major shopping areas in the community.

TWST: How big are they?
Ms. Newell: The average store is 8,500 square feet.
