TWST: Could we begin with a brief historical sketch and an overview of Manugistics?
Mr. Bill Gibson, who founded the company. Over the last 20 years we have accumulated tremendous domain expertise and have expanded the product solution footprint substantially. We continue to help our clients address critical supply chain challenges, including demand planning and forecasting, production scheduling, supply planning, fulfillment and transportation. And now, Manugistics has pioneered Enterprise Profit Optimization or EPO the first solutions to simultaneously optimize a company's supply- and demand-side business processes. EPO solutions offer powerful combinations of Supply Chain Management, Pricing and Revenue Optimization, Supplier Relationship Management, and eMarketplace solutions. EPO solutions can help companies lower operating costs, enhance profitability and accelerate growth. These are solutions that we believe offer our clients a key competitive advantage.

TWST: How scalable are the things that you do?
Mr. Rajaji: We're installing in very complex, multi-national organizations where you must have very scalable solutions. For example, recently we had significant client wins in the retail industry, including RadioShack ' which has the largest number of retail outlets in the world. We are working with RadioShack and other retail companies who are handling millions of stock keeping units (SKUs) and highly complex distribution systems. In addition, we have implemented our solutions in major companies like Cisco, which coordinate, collaborate and plan their supply with their contract manufacturers. Second and third level suppliers to Cisco require a very scalable solution. As the need arises, we have been increasing the technology, and the architecture, ensuring that these solutions are scalable.
