APPLEBEE’S INTERNATIONAL, INC. (Nasdaq:APPB);

“Applebee’s has done a fine job,” comments a top restaurant analyst. “Hill has been working on improving the product, which has long been an issue with Applebee’s, and on getting the new menu out. Hill’s done a very good job. Applebee’s is a big organization so it’s tough to turn it around on a dime. Hill’s making the right steps, I think, to try to at least highlight the improvement in the quality of Applebee’s food.” “I’m generally a fan of Applebee’s,” adds another expert. “I’m less a fan of the stock now than I was, because it has done so well and narrowed the valuation gap versus Applebee’s peers. I think Hill’s done a real solid job at Applebee’s.”
