Mr. O'Hanlon: The company is actually a pretty old company; it started privately. Don Borror started the company back in 1952, he built his first house here in Columbus, Ohio. Then over the years he was in development and homebuilding and built about 200-300 houses a year all the way up until the late 1980s when his son took over. He turned it to over to Doug, who is currently the CEO, and then it really took off as we are now up to building about 2,000 homes a year, about $325 million in revenue, and have expanded into Louisville, Kentucky, as well as here in Columbus, Ohio.
TWST: The company is pretty tightly focused on just a few types of
houses?
Mr. O'Hanlon: Yes. We have four series of house, starting from early
entry level, houses as low as $100,000, and then there's the first time,
second time and more luxury house, although we do top out at about
$300,000. We don't try to get into the custom building part.
