TWST: Would you mind providing our readers with a brief overview of Rare Hospitality?
Mr. Hickey: Rare Hospitality is a public company in the full service restaurant business. The company was started in 1981 with the opening of the first LongHorn Steakhouse on Peachtree Road in Atlanta, GA, and went public in 1992. In 1996, we acquired a company called Bugaboo Creek Steakhouse, Inc., which included the Capital Grille concept as well as the Bugaboo Creek Steakhouse concept and a few specialty restaurants. We currently have about 180 restaurants including 146 LongHorn Steakhouses, 19 Bugaboo Creek Steakhouse Restaurants, 14 Capital Grille Restaurants and two specialty restaurants.

TWST: Where do you expect most of your growth to be coming from in the next year?
Mr. Hickey: Our growth in new units will come predominantly from LongHorn restaurants. We anticipate building 18-21 LongHorns, three Capital Grilles and one Bugaboo Creek in 2001. We anticipate that the additional revenue growth will come from same-store sales growth.
