TWST: Could we begin with a brief overview of Go-Ahead Group?
We came to the market in 1994. We went for a full listing, and that has enabled us to acquire companies and to build up our position in London and the southeast.

TWST: Which of these three transport divisions are you most heavily focused on?
We are therefore getting involved in the infrastructure development, in the actual development of new rail tracks., and this is a huge opportunity for us going forward. That is very much part of our strategy for the Go-Ahead Group. We have got this very robust cash flow, and then we have got this absolute pearl of an opportunity in rail development in the United Kingdom.

TWST: What does the competitive environment look like? Do you have to break it down into each division or are there similarly focused companies out there?
Mr. Martin Ballinger: There is no company involved in the three areas that we are covering. Certainly, there are companies competing with us in bus and rail. But there is no company that has the concentration of bus and rail operation that we have in London and the southeast. And that is why we are saying that, with South Central and our existing two franchises, we are probably in pole position in London and the southeast.
