TWST: Can we start with an historical sketch of ITNET and an overview of what you are doing today?
Ms. Blow: ITNET is one of the UK’s leading IT consulting and business process outsourcing companies. We were born out of Cadbury Schweppes in Management and Employee buy-out in 1995, and we subsequently floated on the London Stock Exchange in 1998. Our strategy is to serve both the public sector and the commercial sector. In the public sector, we are very much focused on local government and in the last 18 months we have been investing in opening up the market in Central Government. In the commercial area, we are very much focused on the transport sector and the services sector, although we continue to have a lot of repeat customers from the last 14 years who aren’t necessarily in those sectors.

TWST: Can you elaborate on what you are bringing to both the public and private space?
Ms. Blow: We specialize in long-term relationships with our customers where we would have a base contract -- in the public sector this can be between 5 and 10 years in length; in the commercial sector somewhat shorter -- between 3 and 5 years in length. Those typically will be infrastructure IT services that keep their business systems up and running 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Then during the life of those long relationships, each year they will buy other things from us like new software development, implementations; they might have their hardware refreshed; it could be anything.
