TWST: Let’s start with an introduction and brief historical sketch to Telekom Austria.
Mr. Colombo: Telekom Austria is Austria's leading provider of telecommunications services. It was listed on the Vienna and New York stock exchanges in November 2000. The Group has 2 main business areas: the wireline segment encompasses fixed line telephony, data and Internet and the wireless segment mobile communications. Telekom Austria has international operations in the Czech Republic, Croatia, Slovenia and Liechtenstein. Austria is a small but very developed country, enjoying one of the highest GDP per capita, not only in Europe, but across the world. In 2002, we reached a turnover of just over €3.9 billion and €1.5 million EBITDA. We also achieved a positive net income for the first time after a couple of years of major restructuring efforts. Total personnel figures amounted to approximately 15,000 employees at year-end 2002.

TWST: How many customers do you have for fixed and mobile?
Mr. Colombo: In the fixed line segment we have almost 3.1 million customers and 4.5 million customers in the mobile business; three million are inside the country and the remaining 1.5 million is split between Croatia and Slovenia.
