TWST: Could you give us a brief overview of CenterSpan Communications
Corporation? Mr. Hausmann: CenterSpan Communications Corporation was formerly
ThrustMaster. ThrustMaster was a leader in high-end flight simulation
game controllers for the desktop PC. In 1999 we sold the ThrustMaster
legacy business and renamed the company in its new and current
incarnation, CenterSpan Communications, and we embarked on launching
peer-to-peer communication collaboration software. TWST: Is that on the market now, or are you still in the process of
putting the finishing touches on the product? Mr. Hausmann: Our first solution, Socket, is currently on the market,
and we are going to launch this quarter in beta format our new C-Star
platform, which is the new Scour Exchange. In December of last year,
last month, we acquired Scour out of bankruptcy, and we now have access
to approximately 5 million registered Scour Exchange users, and when the
new Scour Exchange is re-launched this quarter on the new C-Star
platform, it will be a secure and legal digital distribution channel.
