Mr. Seltzer: Hi-Tech Pharmacal has been in existence for many years. It was started by Reubin Seltzer, my grandfather, under the name SuccessChemical, really in a pharmacy. It was later taken over by my father, Bernard Seltzer, who is still the Chairman of our company. Through several name changes the company was inevitably bought back and renamed Hi-Tech Pharmacal in the early 1980s. I joined this company in 1990. We went public in 1992. Right now we are a specialty pharmaceutical company. Our niche is in manufacturing. We do liquids, suspensions, creams, ointments, sterile ophthalmics and otics and inhalation solutions, which are all areas where there is not that much competition. There is obviously some competition, but not as much as in tablets or capsules. So we consider that our niche. Among our leading generic products are Albuterol Sulfate Inhalation Solution, Albuterol Sulfate Syrup, Amantadine HCL Syrup, Brometane DX, Lactulose Solution, Valproic Acid, Hydroxine Syrup, Poly-Vitamin Drops and Tri-Vitamin Drops. The company's Healthcare Products Division is a leading manufacturer and marketer of products for the diabetes marketplace. Its flagship product, Diabetic Tussin', is the number 1 selling sugar free cough remedy in the United States, complemented by DiabetiDerm', DiabetiGest' and other products designed to help people with diabetes lead better and healthier lives. DiabetiSweet', a sugar free and aspartame free sweetener that can be used for baking and cooking is the number 2 selling brand item of this division. For the last several years we have focused much of the company's efforts and resources on our branded products, particularly Diabetic Tussin. We also are very proud to have introduced our first prescription branded product, Diabetic Tussin-C' with Codeine. This introduction is a strategic step in our goal to become a leading supplier of both prescription and over the counter products to enhance the lifestyle of people with diabetes. I am pleased to inform you that we experienced a 40% increase in sales from this line of products.
