Mr. Spivak: The first one was located in Brentwood, California. I don't know if I mentioned that The Grill is located in Beverly Hills. From that through those 12 years, we have opened up 14 Daily Grills and three The Grill on the Alleys.
TWST: Are every one of The Grills in California?
Mr. Spivak: Primarily, they are all in Southern California. There are
nine Daily Grills in Southern California. There is one in San Jose, one
in Skokie, Illinois, and three in Washington, DC. Really, what happened
was, we opened up seven in Southern California and felt that it was very
important for us to open up a new market. We then went to Washington, DC
and opened up our first about four years ago on the corner of 18th and
M, downtown. It is an extremely busy restaurant. As a matter of fact, it
is the busiest Daily Grill on the chain. And, from that, we opened up a
second in Tyson's Corner, Virginia, and a third in Georgetown. Our plan
was and is to kind of cluster, and not just to hopscotch across the
country. So that gave us about $11 million, $12 million in sales in the
DC area, which allows us to manage it. The reason for opening in Skokie,
which we opened in June of this year, was The Grill on the Alley on
Michigan Avenue at the corner of Michigan and Delaware in Chicago. That
gave us a very strong presence in the Chicago market, and then, opened
up the Daily Grill in Skokie, and our plans are to continue to grow the
suburban market of Chicago with Daily Grills.
