TWST: Could we start out with a quick overview of AT&T Wireless Group?
Mr. McCabe: AT&T Wireless is one of the leading national wireless carriers in the United States. When you include our partnerships, we have over 14 million subscribers. We have a national footprint, which we would define as being able to go virtually anywhere in the United States and be able to make a wireless call. We have licenses that cover 97% of the country right now, when you include our affiliates and partners. We've built out over 73% of that license footprint. We're growing very rapidly. Our 3Q revenues grew at over 36%. Our operating cash flow, which we define as EBITDA (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization) grew over 50% and we have one of the highest average revenues per customer per month for a company serving businesses and consumers of over 68 per customer per month.

TWST: Do you target a specific market segment?
Mr. McCabe: We have offers that meet the needs of almost every person in the United States, so if you're a customer who wants to manage your monthly expenses, we have a prepaid offer. If you're a customer who stays pretty much in a local area, we have a local calling offer known as Digital Advantage. If you're someone who travels in a region, like the Northeast, we have our Regional Advantage offer. If you're a customer who travels the entire United States, we have our industry- breaking Digital One Rate. If you're a business, we have our Wireless Office service. If you are a customer who travels overseas, we have an offer known as World Connect. We have a very broad array of products and services pretty much aimed at almost any consumer's needs. We also give customers access to the wireless Web through our AT&T Digital PocketNet service; unlimited access to over 50 Websites and flat-rate pricing for additional services.
