Mr. Borror: Dominion Homes was founded in 1952 when my dad started building homes in central Ohio. We have grown from building one house almost 50 years ago until last year, when we closed 1,641 and sold 1,680 houses. We are now in 44 communities in central Ohio and another five communities in Louisville, Kentucky. Our primary business is building custom-quality production homes. We provide superior-quality homes at a reasonable price throughout central Ohio and the Louisville, Kentucky areas.
TWST: What are the price ranges of the houses?
Mr. Borror: Our home prices range from around 120,000 up to well over
300,000. Our average home price is 170,000. Our products are broken
down into three product series: our Century series, which are entry-
level homes that sell from about 125,000 to about 175,000; our
Celebrity series homes, which go from about 160,000 to about 210,000;
and our Tradition series homes, which run from about 190,000 to over
300,000.
