Mr. Lindberg: BuckTV.com is a Nevada corporation listed on NASDAQ_s OTCBB as BKTV. BuckTV.com_s principal business strategy is to market consumer products. We are going to be doing this through a live, real- time, interactive-auction format using a brand-new, proprietary video- streaming technology. It requires no plug-ins whatsoever to utilize this technology, which is something new. It_s going to be seen throughout the world. What we are going to try to do is combine the best of what we call static auctions, like eBay and Yahoo! are doing, and Home Shopping Network. We_re going to provide this for Internet and satellite audiences as well.
TWST: Are you going to differentiate all those different elements from
what people are used to at this point, on the Internet and in the
auction retail spaces?
Mr. Lindberg: Currently on the Internet right now, an auction format
looks like a newspaper classified ad, with a current price listing,
possibly a description, maybe a picture attached to it to sell the item.
They give a time limit of many, many days in most cases to sell the
item. You put your bid in and you don_t know whether you_re high bid or
not. You might have to come back days later and see if you_re still the
high bidder. It_s static, it_s very boring in many cases. It_s very
popular right now because it was the best thing that was out there. It
gives people the ability to come in and participate in the auction for
this particular item, with the hopes of buying it at a good price, but
there is really no interactive excitement associated with it. What we
are going to be doing is when you come to our site, you are actually
entering a live auction house. You_re going to have the ability to
participate in an auction room live from your home. You will be a bidder
and you will be able to see the auctioneer, see the product, ask
questions about the product right there and then while the auction is
proceeding. You can bid and you_ll see the interaction through the chat
window of the other bidders taking place at the same time.
