TWST: Jeffrey, what's your definition of a broadline retailer?

Mr. Feiner: A broadline retailer encompasses discount stores, department stores and some types of specialty stores. So it's a very broad definition, so to speak.

TWST: What's the story at Sears (NYSE:S), Jeffrey?

Mr. Feiner: I think the story at Sears is that they're trying to get their act together. They just announced a unique approach to sourcing merchandise on a global basis, using Oracle (Nasdaq:ORCL) and Carrefour, the global retailer. I think this reinforces the point that this company is trying to move into the 21st century with some unique approaches to its cost-of-goods-sold side -- therefore enabling it to really recapture some of the market share that it had lost.
