TWST: Tell us about the eMarketing companies and why they are critical to the success of eCommerce.

Mr. Singer: I believe that the eMarketers fit into a broader group of companies that we view as Next Generation Internet eNablers. They are one of the three buckets of companies that fit into this group, and the reason they're so important is because they help Web sites monetize traffic flow. They can also help online and offline merchants and product manufacturers use the Internet as a competitive marketing medium. I fully expect that over time the Internet can become as important a marketing channel as television, radio and print are today.

TWST: Are there any other companies that you'd like to highlight? Companies that investors should certainly have on their radar screen?

Mr. Singer: LifeMinders (Nasdaq:LFMN), which is also doing a very nice job on the direct marketing side, has also created a model where people basically opt-in to receive targeted e-mails. And that allows advertisers to buy very targeted advertising. LifeMinders can command CPM rates of upwards of $100 for their advertising.
