"If you get the story out there well, you're going to see the results impact on the share price. That's another thing that Dynegy's been able to put together. Perception is huge! And with the improving perception, the story has become more coherent. They're out there marketing. The woman who's running IR, Meg Nolan, was formerly at Enron. After she came on board in “98, Dynegy's presentation at their conference was just head-and-shoulders above what it was before because they had a much more focused strategy."
