TWST: Let's start out by your giving us a brief overview of Soul Food Concepts the company's history, activities, customers, those kinds of things.
Mr. Campbell: The company is in the casual dining (full-service, white tablecloth) sector of the restaurant business. Our flagship store was opened in New York about 10 years ago. We have developed somewhat of a brand called The Shark Bar, and we have expanded that brand to other markets, namely Chicago, Atlanta, Los Angeles. We have another concept called Mecca, which is a lower price point, more of a Caribbean menu. Primarily, we are in the 'soul food' genre: i.e. southern American, Caribbean, and Spanish. It's a niche that we believe has tremendous upside, and we have proven that there's an opportunity there.

TWST: Is the one on 42nd Street, your New York location?
Mr. Campbell: No, that is a separate company. The restaurant is called Soul Cafe, and I'm also an owner of that establishment. The Shark Bar is on 75th Street and Amsterdam.
