Mr. Edholm: The first trend is really a continuation of one of the trends I mentioned earlier. We believe that there will continue to be more and more data captured by enterprise applications and new web- enabled applications that will be made available for business intelligence. Whether this information is housed in a data warehouse, a data mart or is accessed directly in the production data base, we believe that companies will definitely make the information available to more and more users across their organizations. Another trend that we see is that it is not just the large organization that is taking advantage of the power of business intelligence. We are seeing an increase in the number of small to mid-size companies that are implementing Business Intelligence products. We are seeing '.com' companies, companies that are using the web as the basis of their business, using business intelligence as a better, faster way to understand their customers, and stay ahead of competition. The last trend we see is a continuation in the advances in the technology associated with Business Intelligence. The Business Intelligence space technology is changing very quickly; what was hot a year ago isn't necessarily good enough today, and it's very important to be the technology leader. Fortunately, we are a Silicon Valley company, and we are merging with another Silicon Valley company. Brio has been and continues to be the technology leader in the Business Intelligence market, and SQRIBE was the leader in the enterprise reporting space. Going forward we want to turn our technology advantage into market share.
