TWST: Let's start out by your giving us a brief overview of Tower Air, your company's history, your services, customers, those kinds of things please?
Mr. Nachtomi: Tower started operation in 1983. At that point we operated one single 747, and our commercial operation consisted of one scheduled flight a week to Tel Aviv, with some small charter operations. Over the years we grew to our present size of 14 passenger 747 aircraft, and three cargo aircraft. We operate scheduled international service from New York to Tel Aviv, New York to Paris, New York to Athens, New York to Santo Domingo and between Paris and Tel Aviv and Athens and Tel Aviv. In the domestic market we operate from New York to Miami, to Ft. Lauderdale, to San Juan, to Los Angeles, to San Francisco and between Miami and San Juan. In 1983, when we started operations, our scheduled service revenue base was shy of 20 million. We closed 1998 with a scheduled service revenue of approximately 323 million. You will see that obviously more clearly in our 10-K filing and in our annual report. The scheduled service revenue for 1998 is 323 million. The annual revenue base, again, compared with 1983, which was about 25 million, grew to 483 million in 1998. In addition to our scheduled service, we offer cargo charter services, normally for other airlines and shippers, and we offer commercial charter flights for tour operators and for special operations. The one we are involved in right now is bringing refugees from Kosovo to the United States.

TWST: That's wonderful. That's a great thing to do.
Mr. Nachtomi: It's quite a large piece of business, but more humanitarian than business. Then we also derive revenue from transporting military personnel and dependents, and that accounts for about 13-14% of our revenue. So that's our revenue base. Growth in the future will be coming from the growth in scheduled service, military revenue and cargo.
