TWST: Can you give us a quick overview and a little bit of the history
of Seven Seas just to set the stage for the readers? Mr. Williamson: Seven Seas is a relatively new company with regard to
market awareness. It was founded in 1995 through a back-in to an
existing public shell that was publicly traded in Canada. The company
currently has one major play, the delineation and subsequent development
of a major in the nation of Colombia. The discovery was made about 60
miles northwest of Bogota, the capital of that country, in an area
called Emerald Mountain. It is known as the Guaduas field, and it's
about 30 miles long and seven miles wide at its widest point. It is the
entire focus of the Company's efforts currently. TWST: And where do you stand on delineation of the field? Mr. Williamson: We have drilled not including one initial well that was
not successful five tested wells including the Discovery well. We have
also drilled five additional wells coming down off the high point of the
structure that have not been tested. So we have, in total, drilled 11
wells, 10 of which are in various stages of evaluation.
