Operating under the same 'Richmond American Homes', we are a major regional homebuilder with a significant presence in some of the country's best housing markets. The Company is the largest homebuilder in Denver, Colorado; among the top five homebuilders in Northern Virginia, suburban Maryland, Tucson, and Colorado Springs; among the top 10 homebuilders in Phoenix and Las Vegas; and we have a substantial growing presence in Southern California and the San Francisco Bay area. The Company was formed in 1972, and we have built and sold in excess of 60,000 homes since then.
