TWST: Please begin with a brief history of Smart Balance and an overview of what you do.

Mr. Hughes: Smart Balance (SMBL) is a company focused on developing brands and products that really solve and address major needs. Our objective is to develop brands that address major needs and do it with products that are consistent with living a healthy lifestyle. We currently have three brands: Smart Balance, which is focused on heart health; Bestlife, which we recently acquired in December and focuses on responsible weight management; and then finally Earth Balance, which is focused on the vegan plant-based diet model. At the highest level we want to have brands that offer solutions that live up to the criteria and are consistent, whether it's a trans fat-free and cholesterol ratio-improving spreads for Smart Balance, or with Smart Balance milk, a product that eliminates dairy fat and still gives you the great taste like 2% milk.
