Mr. Ridge: WD-40 was developed in 1953 for a solution to a problem of condensation and corrosion in the Atlas space rocket. It was developed - there were 39 really good formulas; the 40th one was the best. That's how it got its name as WD-40 - water displacement 40 formula. Today we are a public company based in San Diego. About 55% of our sales are outside the United States; about 45% obviously then are in the United States. We sell in 160-plus countries around the world. Primarily, we have three target end users that use our product. It's used in the repair, maintenance and overhaul functions in factories. We are used by tradespeople who repair stuff - either in the stationary environment, like an auto mechanic or a worker within a workshop, and then in a mobile environment, like a repairman or a plumber works out at someone's house. Then the third customer group, what we call "doer enthusiasts and doer occasional people." Enthusiasts are home people who are into stuff like DIY or car maintenance and repair or restoration. Then there is the occasional user, and he is the guy who has got a squeaky hinge on the door of his son's room and has a can of product in the house but hasn't yet sprayed it. So that's our three end user bases. The brand is the number one brand of multi-purpose maintenance product in the world. We also have other brands, like 3-IN-ONE Oil, which is a similar brand to WD-40. We just launched a new brand back in December called BLUE WORKS. BLUE WORKS is a range of 10 specialty multipurpose maintenance products that even meet specific user needs or regulatory needs like H1, H2 certification to use in food areas. That brand does have the WD-40 DNA on the can and is sold primarily to repair, maintenance and overhaul users in factories and workshops. Then some of our other brands are Spot Shot, which is the number one aerosol carpet stain remover in the U.S. We also own a brand called 1001 in the UK, which is a range of cleaning products for the home. We own Carpet Fresh, and Solvol and Lava Soap. Lava Soap is a very well-known, traditional heavy-duty hand cleaner. Then we also have a brand called 2000 Flushes, which is an automatic toilet bowl cleaner.
