Mr. Gilmore: Our Chairman and CEO, Mr. Zishen Wu, created the concept for what is today Yongye together with a leading professor in Inner Mongolia, in 2001. In 2003 the private company was founded and began generating revenues. The company finally went public in 2008 and now trades on Nasdaq's Global Select exchange. We consummated the process of becoming a fully integrated manufacturer, marketer and developer of plant and animal nutrient products in 2009 with the completion of our restructuring process. As part of this process, the title for the land and remaining buildings of our predecessor company, Inner Mongolia Yongye, were transferred to Yongye Nongfeng. This final acquisition, together with our prior acquisitions of the equipment and fertilizer license of our predecessor company, effectively completed our restructuring process and makes Yongye a fully integrated manufacturer of agricultural nutrient products.
TWST: Tell me more about the leadership team.
Mr. Gilmore: Our Chairman and CEO, Mr. Zishen Wu, has been with the company from the beginning. He brings a lot of experience in the agricultural industry and in managing state-owned assets. He used to work for the Chinese government. He also understands from a macro level how to secure business funding and run businesses. All of these experiences have helped him become a very successful entrepreneur.
Our Vice President of Marketing, Mr. Qiang Zhao, has had experience with companies like Galanz Group and has been recognized as one of the top 10 marketing professionals in China by an industry magazine several years ago. Also he wrote a book called Learn Marketing from Chairman Mao. This book is not a political statement, but a book about how to effectively communicate with or convey a message to rural populations, such as farmers in China, who are Yongye's customers and target audience. Mr. Zhao is very good at making sure Yongye is successfully reaching the Chinese farmer with the company's marketing message.
Mr. Sam Yu is our CFO. Mr. Yu is an MBA graduate of Stanford University business school and worked in the U.S. for several years and then returned to China. He has been our CFO since last March and is helping Yongye with the capital markets.
As for myself, I've been with Yongye since we went public in 2008. I worked with Deloitte in the U.S. before coming to China.
