Mr. Barry: Our company is over 90 years old, so we've been around a pretty long time. We've been a public company since 1972, and we're a very global company, with a presence in more than 20 countries around the world and approximately 1,300 associates. Our revenues are about half a billion dollars, 62% of which are generated outside the U.S. Our business is providing chemical specialty products and services to a wide range of industries and companies that use and produce metals, for example, steel and automotive companies.
TWST: Tell me about your background and about those of the key members of your team.
Mr. Barry: I've been with Quaker Chemical for 12 years now. I joined as the Chief Financial Officer, held the position for six years, and then went into a variety of different global and regional roles, becoming CEO in October of 2008. Quaker's management team is a group of very dedicated and experienced individuals, the majority of which have been with Quaker for many years, holding various leadership positions.
