TWST: Would you begin with a brief historical sketch of the company and a picture of the things you are doing at the present time?
Mr. Kingsley: Starting off, we are a 5.5 billion bank holding company headquartered outside of Syracuse, N.Y. Our general geographic footprint of our banking operations is Upstate New York and five counties in Northeast Pennsylvania, primarily the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre corridor of Pennsylvania. We are a 140-year-old commercial bank offering a wide variety of banking products to retail and business customers within our footprint. That includes commercial business lending and depository products, retail products, including home mortgages, car loans, home equity loans, direct personal loans. In addition to that, we provide complete depository services for a very large group of customers - over 200,000 households in our geographies. And again, straightforward products in terms of savings accounts, money market accounts, certificates of deposits. In addition to that, the company is a public company traded on the New York Stock Exchange, has been on the New York Exchange for 11 years, has been a public bank holding company since 1983.
We also have some non-banking enterprises or subsidiaries that the company owns and operates. One of those is called Benefit Plans Administrative Services, which is a national provider of employee benefits administration and actuarial services. That unit is roughly a 30 million-revenue unit that consists of back-office operations for the administration of 401(k) plans and actuarial services associated with defined benefit pension and health care plans. BPAS has offices in Utica and Syracuse, N.Y., in Pittsburgh, in Philadelphia, and Houston, Texas. In addition, side by side with the banking operations, we have a wealth management group, which includes a broker dealer that services our in-footprint customers with products that are not bank or insured products - mutual funds, bonds, stocks, etc. They are a broker dealer, as the name would suggest. We also own a small asset manager in Buffalo, N.Y., that manages money for high-net-worth individuals and institutional customers. We own a small insurance agency that is based in the northern part of our Northern New York footprint, and then we have a personal trust business that has trust powers of the bank. So in terms of just a general background, that's the general makeup of the product and services offerings of the company.
