Mr. Harvey: If you look at our business, it predominantly consists of two fully regulated utility companies. One is Wisconsin Power and Light Company that does business in the state of Wisconsin, and the other is Interstate Power and Light Company; it does business in the state of Iowa and Minnesota. That's certainly the predominance of our business - 94% of our earnings come from our utility businesses. There are three primary unregulated businesses. One is an environmental engineering and construction business, which also has heavy involvement in the construction of wind and solar farms in the United States. The second is a river-to-rail transloading and railroad business, which has been a part of the company for nearly 100 years. The third is an unregulated generation holding, which is a natural gas-fueled power plant located in Northeast Wisconsin. It's owned by our unregulated business but leased to our utility business for 25 years. So while it reports up financially on the unregulated side of the business, we really consider it a utility property.
