Mr. Ramsbottom: The progress we have made as a company has been significant. Since our last interview, we have progressed on our worldwide development activities and defined our four product segments. Product number one is repowering, which uses our Rentech-SilvaGas biomass gasification technology to replace coal at boilers and utilities. Product number two is stand-alone biomass-to-power facilities, which use our Rentech-SilvaGas biomass gasification technology to produce renewable base-load power. We are seeing a significant amount of opportunity globally for this product due to feed-in tariffs programs in 45 countries and renewable portfolio standards, RPS, mandates in 28 U.S. states. Product number three is biomass-to-fuels and power projects using our biomass gasification and our Fischer-Tropsch technologies for the production of clean fuels and renewable base-load power. Our Rialto Project in California will produce these products. The project is progressing very nicely. We expect to file for permits within the next couple of months and also enter into the next phase of the project of front-end engineering and design. Product number four is the gasification of fossil and biomass resources for the large scale production of clean power and synthetic fuels. Our Natchez Project is an example of this product. So I think we have clearly defined our four products that we are commercializing. And we are very encouraged internally with the market response we are getting, both domestically and internationally, with these product segments.
TWST: You received a stimulus grant for a project with ClearFuels. Would you talk about that project and the progress you've made to date?
Mr. Ramsbottom: The ClearFuels-Rentech Project was awarded a 22.6 million U.S. DOE grant in January of this year. Just yesterday, ClearFuels announced that they have received 7.7 million of the budget period-one funds for building their biomass gasifier and integrating it with our existing synthetic fuels facility in Colorado. So their demonstration project is progressing on schedule. ClearFuels has also progressed on a couple of commercial projects using sugarcane bagasse and wood chips as feedstocks. Our relationship and strategic interest in ClearFuels is working out very well right now.
