Mr. Tullman: Allscripts is today acknowledged as the clear leader in the ambulatory, and that means outside the four walls of the hospital, space for electronic health records. We are the only electronic health record company with solutions for every segment of the physician market, from solo independent physicians to the largest academic medical centers and integrated delivery networks. But in fact, the company - and many people don't recognize this - is also today the leading provider of practice management systems to physicians. We're one of the leaders in revenue cycle management, and we process over 500 million in revenue cycle management and payment transactions per year. We also provide solutions for more than 800 hospitals nationwide, including our care management systems, which are used to manage the care and safe discharge of patients, along with our emergency department management systems and our home care systems. More than 10,000 post-acute facilities use our solutions to manage care for their patients and connect with hospitals. And last but surely not least, because it's becoming more and more important, we're one of the leading players in connectivity, and that is connecting all of these disparate physicians, hospitals, post-acute facilities and the like, connecting all of this together and providing physicians with the information they need to make both higher-quality clinical decisions and more cost-effective decisions when they're treating patients. Many people think of Allscripts as a software company, but we've always defined ourselves as a software connectivity and information solutions company because we think that if you take software and you connect physicians together, and you provide them information - and this probably sounds a lot like what the Internet has accomplished - that you then empower those physicians and all the other health care providers to make better decisions so they can improve the health of their patients. But they can also do better for their practices - physicians' bottom lines are also important. We talk a lot about patient care, but we've got to realize that more than half of the physicians in America are in what are effectively small businesses. And so we have to help them provide world-class care to their patients, while at the same time protecting their bottom line. We are physician driven at Allscripts, and what that really means is these physicians help us design our software. We're very physician focused because we really do believe we have the best physicians and nurses in the world, and what we have to do is empower them with software that gives them the best information to make better decisions. So that's a lengthy explanation, but Allscripts today is more than just software. And it's surely more than electronic health records, although electronic health records, given the stimulus, have become kind of the place to be in health care.
