TWST: Let's begin with a brief historical sketch of Ceelox and a picture of what the company is doing at the present time.
Mr. Euston: Ceelox, Inc., is an industry innovator in biometric security and encryption software solutions. We are traded on Nasdaq Bulletin Board under the NCRG symbol, which I will explain later. We provide desktop, server and Internet-based products. Our security and encryption tools are easy to deploy, simple to use, and cost-effective and affordable for organizations of all sizes. Ceelox makes biometric security simple. The company was founded in September of 2003. We are headquartered in Tampa, Fl. We initially explored solutions in a lot of different areas - digital rights media, the K-12 education market and the enterprise security markets. In mid-2006, the company narrowed its focus to the enterprise security market and the related information security intense vertical markets. Since then, we have been deploying and marketing advanced fingerprint biometric technology and encryption solutions. The resulting products provide innovative ways for customers to securely access, store, send and receive confidential information. The use of our biometrics enables enterprises and consumers alike to log in to different systems and applications using secure credentials based on their unique fingerprint characteristics, simply by swiping your finger across a sensor. At the same time, we block unauthorized access when there is no match of the biometric. Your actual fingerprint is never stored in our systems, rather we take a mathematical representation of your biometric template, and we use that for authentication. We also use it for encryption as the key to further protect your information.
We commenced marketing our products in the first half of 2007, following more than three years of technology and product development. The company believes our products meet the needs of companies that require strong data systems and application security, including financial institutions, health care providers, insurance companies, government agencies, utilities, and essentially any business where strong security and identification are key concerns, often driven by regulations such as Sarbanes-Oxley, HIPAA, GLBA, FTC or FFIEC banking regulations.
In February we entered into a share exchange agreement with Nicaragua Rising, hence the NCRG.OB symbol, within which Ceelox became a majority owned subsidiary of Nicaragua. And the company's name will be changed within the next couple of weeks to Ceelox Inc.
