Mr. Cummings: Kimber Resources is an advanced gold-silver exploration company, which is listed on the TSX and on the NYSE AMEX. We did our initial IPO on the TSX Venture Exchange in 2002, were subsequently listed on the TSX in 2004 and then in 2005 were listed on the American Stock Exchange, now the NYSE AMEX. We have a market cap which ranges from $70 million to $80 million, and we have three projects in Mexico, which are all gold-silver exploration projects. Our flagship property is the Monterde project in the prolific northern Sierra Madre belt, which is in close proximity to some very significant multimillion-ounce deposits, such as Ocampo of Gammon Gold, Pinos Altos of Agnico-Eagle, Dolores of Minefinders and Palmarejo of Coeur d'Alene. So it's in a very good location in terms of gold-silver mining deposits. At the Monterde project there are three main deposits: the Carmen deposit, the Veta Minitas deposit and the Carotare deposit. We recently issued a mineral resource estimate for the Monterde project addressing Carmen and Veta Minitas, which was very positively received in the market. This National Instrument 43-101-compliant technical report defined attractive, high-grade gold-silver resources with strong gold-silver metallurgical recoveries as well as low-grade gold-silver mineral resources surrounding the high-grade mineralization.
TWST: Over the next two to three years, what are the key opportunities and key challenges for Kimber Resources?
Mr. Cummings: I think the key opportunities are really for us to define economics at the Monterde project, which we've never done before. We are looking to complete a preliminary economic assessment in 2010. We are also focused on continuing to explore and drill at Monterde, as well as at Pericones, our project in southern Mexico. So we're focused on defining economics at Monterde, at the same time looking to build mineral resources at our other projects in Mexico. The main challenge is that in spite of a general uptrend in the gold market in the short term, there can be volatility in the market, and we need to progress through those periods.
