Mr. Deitsch: Nutra Pharma, for want of a better term, is a biotechnology holding company. We seek out interesting concepts, drugs and devices in the biotechnology field, and we bring it into the Nutra Pharma family. We are especially good at finding diamonds in the rough - companies that are poorly managed and/or undercapitalized, and bring them competent management, qualified business plans and then necessary funding. Utilizing this strategy, we now have two divisions: ReceptoPharm is our drug discovery division and Designer Diagnostics is our medical device division. In ReceptoPharm we have drugs for the treatment of HIV, multiple sclerosis (MS), rheumatoid arthritis, adrenomyeloneuropathy (AMN) and pain. In Designer Diagnostics we have medical devices for the rapid isolation and detection of mycobacteria, which are bacteria that are very hard to culture and grow.
TWST: What does all of this translate into as far as an agenda for Nutra Pharma over the next year? What events should occur and what specific milestones will be reached?
Mr. Deitsch: We just announced the launch of our pain drug called Cobroxin. Cobroxin is the first over-the-counter drug for the treatment of chronic and persistent pain - in essence Stage II pain, which is normally treated with prescription medication, usually opioids or narcotics like Percocet and Vicodin. Here we have a drug that is safe, all natural and proven in more than 46 clinical studies to be able to treat chronic and persistent pain. Cobroxin will be on store shelves by the end of October, beginning of November of 2009, and we expect to see a national rollout across the country by January. What is exciting for us is our first substantial revenue stream from the sale of products. Additionally, we are going to launch a prescription version of Cobroxin in the first quarter of 2010 that will be for the treatment of Stage III pain. We expect the clinical research for that to be available early in 2010 and the product available in the first quarter of 2010. This does not mean that we have stopped our platform process with our other drugs. We are going to pursue our Phase II study in multiple sclerosis through 2010 and 2011. We expect to move into Phase III studies in 2010 for adrenomyeloneuropathy. We are also going to pursue our antiviral platform, looking at HIV and co-infected patients with other diseases along with HIV throughout 2010. It is going to be a really exciting year for ReceptoPharm, moving all of our drug products forward but having a nice solid revenue stream to finance everything. With Designer Diagnostics, we are seeking to acquire through licensure and acquisition some more medical devices to flesh out that division and then finish our validation of the Designer Diagnostics Test Kit at National Jewish Hospital in Denver.
